Cheryl has enjoyed a special interest in the advertising and marketing of food since the days as a young art director working on The Meat Board & Egg Board accounts which initiated her into photographic food styling. This included developing an individual photographic and visual style for the Habitat Food & Wine Magazine and styling a cooking book for June Edelmuth. In recent years this passion has played out in the creation of an annual Oyster & Wine Festival, Braai Competitions, Chocolate Festivals and the inception of Samp & Souffle ‘gluttonous gallivanting’ events.
